Bali by boat, bus and train to Java,
Suumatr'a, Malaysia and Thailand.
From there : they flew to Hong

where. the ,spent two weeks. "They

one week in Beijing. They went on
the trans Siberian Railway to
Manchuria and on to Russia. They
stayed with a Christian family in
Moscow. Then on to Poland,

which there was a pmgram.
Joan Barr gave .a talk on their
recent trip to : Western Canada,
. where they visited with many
relatives and, friends. She had pic-
tures which were passed .around.
Mrs. Gertrude Walsh told about
how these get *ethers began to
mark special :birthdays.
Thesenior folks were seated at.
the dining table which was centred
with a lovely floral arrangement
and birthday cake,' ice , cream and
tea or coffee. was served,

Gertrude, Walsh, Winifred Percy,
Marion Gillespie and Bernice Burt.
Bessie Maulden expressed thanks
on behalf of everyone for the
friendship, food -and fun. We have
all enjoyed many happy visits with
Morley and Doris.

returned to Montreal Tuesday, after
being here to help Pastor and Mrs.
Marvin. Christensen celebrate their
