Meeting at 1009 am. on THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 6, 1990, IN THE
UPSTAIRS AUDITORIUM, VILLAGE OF LUCKNOW MUNICIPAL OFFICES,
529 'CAMPBELL STREET, LUCKNOW, Ontarlo, to consider a number of
amendments to the Village of Lucknow Comprehensive Zoning By -Law NO.
2-1988.
The propOlibd amendments are intended primarily to react the reduction in
the regulatory flood standard for the Nine Mile River watershed which was ap-
proved by the Minister of Natural Resources on April 3, 1987. Certain other
changes, generally of a property -specific nature, are alscr proposed as a result
of a general updating of the existing By -Law.
As the proposed changes to the By -Law could affect the use of lands, buildings,
and structures throughout a considerable portion of the Village of Lucknow,
a 'Key Map' has not been provided.
ANY PERSON may attend the Public Meeting and make written or verbal
representation either in support or in opposition to the proposed amendments,
If any person receiving this notice does not attend the Public Meeting, the Council
- may proceed in his/her absence and he/she may 9ot be entitled to any further
notice.

Clark lighthouse on Sunday, Aug,
5. Mrs. Ivy Young, of London, who
will be 92 years old on her next
birthday, climbed to the top of the
historic structure unassisted, Mrs.
-Young was accompanied by her
daughter, Mrs. Dorothy .Roulston,
oof Kitchener and Bruce Beach, her
grandson and his wife, Phillip and
Barbara Roulston of Calgary and
her great-grandson, Thomas, aged
three. The view from the top was
enjoyed by all who made the triP,
though young MOM= was more

than scanning the horizon.
Of local interest, Phillip is the
Grandson of the late Rev, Edgar J.
Roulston and Flossie Chapman of
Ripley.
