Maxine Hendy of Burnaby B.C. is seek-
ing the Fisher family of Kincardine. The
1871 Census lists John Fisher and wife and
11 children in Kincardine. One son, Ira
Judd was six years old. Mrs. Hendy has
heard that Ira Judd Fisher died when\
there was a fire in the Fisher Foundry.
Did . anyone ever hear of .a fire in the foun-
dry? (later the Hunter foundry).
Dr. Donald A. MacCrimmon,practiced in
Lucknow, He organized. Caledonian Games,
and was the chief of the games for seven
years in Lucknow. In 1890 he went to
Underwood and then to Ripley , in 1895
where he lived until his death in 1917. He
is buried with hiswife in South Kinloss
Cemetery. A couple of his grandchildren
:have recently contacted Gladys Arnold. and
sent much family information which will
be helpful for a projected book. on Ripley
houses and.people The MacCr7imrnen fami-
ly are seeking a picture of Dr. MacCrim-
mon in his Highland dress. Has anyone
seen one?

We were so pleased to have return
word from the Rev. D.L. Howlett,,of Lon-
don,

the Bible Society that our 1989 year's
Canvass amounted to $888.000. Thanks to

Pastor and Mrs. Marvin Christensen at-
tended the funeral of his sister at Toronto
on Wednesday. We extend sympathy at

Pine Crest Nursing Home after a lengthy
stay. We extend our sympathy at this

Mrs. John (Cora) Barr, who has been
a patient in the Wingham and District
Hospital for some time, was moved to
Pine Crest Nursing Home on Monday.
