January 23. Entertainment was provided, by George 'Smyth, who showed a video taken at the 1989 Dungannon Fair and Family Fun Day. President Wayne Tucker stated that the Agricultural SoctetY had a good year in 1989 and that it is hoped to upgrade the hall and the ball diamonds in the upcom- ing Year. An open discussion was held on both of these improvements. to get new thoughts and ideas from the community. TRANSIENT TRADERS \\4---.1-7 BYLAW Bylaw No. 5-1990, being a Transient Traders Bylaw was passed by Council on 13 February 90. This Bylaw stipulates that a transient trader includes any person commencing business who has not resided continuously in the municipality for at least three months next preceding the time of commencing business, and is required to pay a license fee of $30000 per year. Anyone carrying on a business with a license is guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine equal to the Sienese fee that he should have paid plus a sum of $1000 minimum or $200.°° maximum.
