Port Albert. 441 Club held their first
meeting on February -8 in Kingsbridge
Church Hall. Parents were invited to at- •
tend •the demonstration of bread making
and kneading. Everyone got to try their
hand at kneading. •
The dough was baked into bread and
buns and sampled along with one of the
• butter recipes.
A loaf of bread, donated by -Yvonne
• Sinnett, was put to the taste test and
members had to judge. which, was their
choice, with Yvonne Sinnett's getting the
'most votes. •
The club has 17 members 'with ex=
ecutive officers Donnie Nicholson, presi-
dent; Dree Park, vice president; Debbie
Draper, secretary • treasurer • and

Trinity Tender Twists
On February 14 our 4-H club met at
the home of Hazel Hackett. We decided
on a name for our group. We are called
the Trinity Tender Wrists.
We made French bread and tried
some. We also did a quiz sheet on all the
things we learned last meeting.
Karishea Doughnuts
The Karishea Doughnuts had two
meetings in the last two weeks. Both
times at deBoer's. The club has gained
four new members, Miriam deBoer,
Sarah deBoer, Kerrie Skillen and Abby
Knorr.
The president is Barbara Stein, vice is
Alesha Moffat, secretary is Connie

We. made twist loaf and fancy b` fitters

meeting we made rye buns, french bread,
