The following article is from the Toronto Star of December 30, 1986. Murphy's Latw appears to have cauglir` up with trainer Ken Houston. Early in September, Houston and, a partner, Don Fisher, purchased trotter Sandy's Best for $20,000. It looked like a great buy when Bandy's Best promptly"proceeded to win three of his last five races at Mohawk and finish second on the other two occasions.' But, Bandy''s Best hasn't made a suc- cessful transition to Greenwood. He broke in his first start December 13 and made another bobble in the first race last night, which means he will now » have to re- qualify. But,Tlouston, a veteran of some 20 years in the sport,' takes italjin stride. "He's still .a young colt who has to learn and develop," he . says. "Sometimes, he's still like driving a car on a' slippery road..:" • • Lucknow Sentinel, Wednesday, January 7, 1987—Page 11 HUTTON LI'CKNOW - Asking price •37,90 it s 15 yr. old three bedroom bungalow on a /4 acre lot.
