Word *as received here of the passing of Lydia Phillip, of Ottawa on October .8. -She lived in the manse with her uncle, the late Rev. H.F. Dann, when he preached in South KNoss Church from 1942 to 1946. She was the choir leader during that time. Mrs. Phillip was in her 103rd year at the time of her death. Irene Dickie spent the weekend in Toronto with her four sisters. This is an annual event. There was a memorial serivce held in Toronto on Sunday. Nancy Machityre, Marilyn MaciNtyre and Mary Macintosh attended the service.
