special children". He was referring to gifted

had left the basics in education. The ministry

Committee chairmen were also named at
the inaugural meeting. Joan Van den Broeck
of Saltford was named as education com-
mittee chairman and past personnel com-
mittee chairman John Elliott of Blyth was
renamed to .the position. • immediate past
chairman of the management 'committee..
Frank Falconer of R. R. 5 Clinton. lost his
bid to head the committee again over a
former committee chairman;.. Murray Mulvey
(IL R. 1 Clifford will head the management
committee.
