In Poland only one piece of scripture can be given to an individual. He expressed appreciation to the executive and the canvassers and to all who contributed towards the .work of the Bible Society in helping to spread the word of God. The society having such concern for sightless persons has published 100 copies in Braille and given them free of charge te. the C.N.'.B. Rev. Howlett then showed. the film of Ron and Aggie Russell who felt the call. of God to build a boat, which they did after much seeking of "What this mission was". They are taking the Good News of the Gospel to folk on the South Pacific 'stands. Robert Hodgins received the offering and gave a prayer. of Coburg and Mr. and Mrs. John Dickinson and Mr.. and Mrs, Leslie Dickinson from Michigan. Their parents, Mrs, and. Mrs, Dickinson Sr., resided seveveral years ago at Holyrood where 'Mr, and Mrs. John Ackert now live. Mr. Dickinson was employed by the late Ernest Ackert. Mr. and Mrs. Delbert Stanley and boys of Ripley were dinner guests on Sun- day with Marretta Hodgins. Mrs. Don Bushell returned home from, Bracebridge where, she spent two weeks with Mr, and Mrs, Kurt Nielsen and' infant son, Mat- thew Christian. The Holyrood Women's Institute catered to the Luck- now Lions Club at the Luck now Community Centre on Monday evening, Rev. J. R. King was the guest speaker. on Sunday at the Anglican Harvest Thanksgiving service.
