Mrs. Robert Irvin spent a
few days visiting with Mr.
and. Mrs. Fred Stirling and
family at Thamesville last
week. On Saturday she at-
tended the wedding of her
nephew Dale Irvin and Wen-
dy. Fitz -Henry at Kitchener.
Mr. and Mrs. Graham
McNee were at the cottage at.
Cedar Grove on Sunday to
help little granddaughter,.
Alanna, celebrate her second
birthday. Gramma and
Grampa Finnigan of Goder-
ich were also present. Alan
na is the daughter of .Allan
\ and Sandra McNee of Lon-
don.
Roy Ashton of Goderich
and his sister, Mrs'. Florence
O'Neil of London visited with
Elmer and 'Gail Cook and
Kevin on Sunday.

moves indoors
The usual outdoor service
.was held indoors because of
the poor weather at Lucknow
Presbyterian Church on Sun-
day, June 20.
• A good crowd came to hear
. Mr. Jack ,Whytock of White-
church preach an inspiring
message.
•° Special music was present-
ed by trip Norman Taylor,
Lorne Forster and Rob Hend-
erson, accompanied by gele
Gilchrist. •
Another trio included Jack
• Whytock with violin, Rob
Henderson at the piano and
Dale Gilchrist at the organ.
Danny. Gilchrist read 'a
• scripture reading and Wayne
Forster led in a responsive
Psalm. •
GarypIcInnes, Wray For -
ter, Danny Gilchrist and
Wayne Forster took up the
offering.
A smorgasbord lunch fol-
lowed and games and races
took place on the lawn out-
side the church.
