tickets left and they will be

hams, Kincardine, Goderich:
and. ,Point Clark.
Al Hamilton, chairman of
the Jamboree '83 and Mary
Maclntyre, secretary, outlin-
ed the events planned . and
up-to-the-minute reports
were given by conveners and
representatives from the ser-
vice dubs.
Don Bell, reporting for the.
Lucknow Agricultural Soci-
ety, stated that a family
dance will be held on 'the
Thursday night in the Com-
munity Centre which will
include a beauty contest for
the fall• fair queen, and the
beard growing contest win-
ners will be chosen.
They are waiting: for word
from Wintario which will be
held in the Arena.
,. ,George Anderson has
plans in, progress for the
opening ceremonies to be
held at the town hall at 1
p,.m. on the Friday after-
noon. An Old Fashioned Pic-
nic will be held at. the School
Grounds on the Friday after-
noon also,
Dave Black is in charge of
allthe entertainment for the
weekend. This includes mid-
way, .
id -way,,.: dances, concerts, pic-
nics or tea parties.
Dolores Cross suggested
an 'Old Fashioned Root -beer
Parlour' in one of the vacant
stores as a place for people .to
drop in and sit and visit.
Nancy Maclntyre reported
for the Back to School com-
mittee. They are wanting old
school pictures. and, year
books, "
Gordon Cayley is organiz-
ing an Old Boys' Band Con-
cert
oncert which will be held in the
school auditorium on the
Saturday morning.
On Sunday afternoon, a
Legion Parade will be held at
1.30 to . Caledonia Park for
the Drumhead Service and a
Massed Band concert. On
Sunday evening, the Leahy
• Familywill perform two con-
certs inthe arena at 6 p.m.
and 8 p.m. ,
Other activities discussed
were a . tug-of-war, baby
sitting . services, , church ser-
vices, , tea parties, decora-
tions for main street and the,
food and drink concessions.

held their first meeting of
"More Outdoor Living" on
June 9 at Donna Arnold's.

ided to have a rotating
. secretary and press reporter.
All members then answer-
