Serious Accident on the Bluevale Road
as Oats Collide
Mn. Harold 0. White, of Seaforth,
was admitted to the Wingham hospital
July 30th with a fractured skull and
minor cuts on head and knees, re-
ceived in a motor accident two miles
east of Wingham on the Bluevale road.
Her husband, driver of the car, es-
caped with minor bruises. The White
ear, travelling at a fast rate, was un-
able to avoid the car owned by Mules
Proctor, as it was driven from a lane -
way to the road, and the front of Proc-
tor's
roptor's car was sheared off in the re-
sulting collision. White's car turned
turtle, end -ever -end three times down
the road after the terrific craah, and
Landed on its top In the ditch. Mrs.
White, 1t la believed. was thrown
headsret throug'ra".wlndo*r on the -
last turn of the car and, striking the
road head-foremoet, rolled to a point
fifty feet from the overturned car. Mr.
White was planed behind the steer-

Mr. and Mrs. Lester Falconer spent
the week -end with Mr. and Mrs. Elgin
Weliwood of Caledou. Master Reni-
son, who was visiting there also, suf-
fered a very painful accident on Sun-
day, when riding a bicycle on the
street. The wheel skidded on a stone,
and threw Mm against a store win-
dow, his arm going thrvugb the Win-
dow and down on the sharp broken
edge of glass. His right arm was bad-
ly cut across above the elbow. He was
taken to Orangeville hospital, where
he must remain for several days until
the arm can be put in a cast.
