Miss Diane Clarke, Bruce County Dairy Princess of Chesley, • was the ".guest speaker. She was an enthus- iastic', vibrant speaker and gave the ladies a real insight into the fun and work of being a' Dairy Princess. She has been active in 4-H :home- making clubs as well as Calf Clubs. She is busy doing radio interviews, food pro- motions, as well as speaking to children about good food habits and Canada's Food Guide, She will be working on a beef' farm as _herds - person this summer, al- though her first love is the Holsteins. She will also be • competing at the C.N.E. in Toronto.' Diane read two poems, Miracle Health Drug, and No Occupation. She con- ducted a quiz on Dairy Food, with the winners receiving milk hats.
