The Wingham and District
Hospital Ladies Auxiliary
held their most successful
rummage sale to date at the
Wingham Armouries .on Ap-
ril 16. The sale earned
32148.21,
It featured a great variety
of articles including ladies',
men's and children's cloth-
ing, china, furniture, shoes,
books and toys.
Auxiliary members report-
ed 3554.00. worth of ladies
clothing was sold, together
with 3164.61 of miscellan-
eous ladies' articles; 3331.65
of men's clothing and mis-
cellaneous • goods; . 3148.80
worth of shoes; 563.85 of
hats and purses; 3105.85 of
books and toys; °$328.25 of
china; $110.90 of draperies
and bedding; 365.00 of furn-
iture and 3215.30 of children
clothing. The Auxiliary ap-
preciates those who helped,
and those who donated so
generously.
