Little Red Whig Hood's Christmas
Once there was a girl named little. Red
• Riding Hood. And it was Christmas Eve.
Red Riding Hood hung her stocking .up. It
had two candy canes and one ginger bread,
man .on it. It was Red Riding' Hood's
favorite time of the year. She lit the candle,
jumped into her gown, and went to bed.
She slept and slept. Then she got up to go
to the bathroom. She saw a shadow. She
screamed, "My. Stars". The shadow
• stayed •there. And Red Riding Hood
thought and thought. Then she went back
to bed. Red had a dream. Red dreamed
that the Christmas spirit had broken into
her house. She got up in the morning. Red
said, "I know it was Santa."

• Melissa's Dream Comes True
It was a cold stormy. .Christmas Day.
Melissa woke ,up.with cold feet. She walked
downstairs to look at the Christmas tree.
Her father had been laid off for sometime
so there were no presents. They just had
enough to eat.
Grandma was corning' down the road
when- Melissa came downstaits. Her mom
and dad were having breakfast. When
• Melissa 'came in the kitchen her parents
shouted, "Merry Christmas" and gave her.
a small plain box. ' • ,
. "Dad, you said there wasn't going to be
any presents," Melissa said. .
"I got a job. yesterday," said dad.'
"Open it!" Inside thebox there was a
•sparkling gold chaii She thanked her
parents and then. ran •off to -greet her
Grandma.
It was 'a. great Christmas!
