The groom is the• son- of Mr. and Mrs.
William E..Schinbeiu, also of Hanover and
the bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
John E. MacDonald of .Lucknow. A friend
of the bride, Dianne Schenk was maid of I
honor while Brenda Boyle and Beverly Hit-
, chman, both sisters of the bride were

Groomsman was Rui Melo, friend of the .
groom and ushers were brothers Tom and

Wingham Legion Hall after which the cou-
ple honeydnooned.on Blackstone Lake near
Parry sound. They reside at 57 Union St,
Waterloo.
Lorne and Hazel Hackett are pleased to
announce that their daughter, Brenda, has
been successful in her registration exams
for the Ontario College of Nurses. Brenda
is a graduate of the Wingham and District
School for Nursing Assistants.

Raymond William Leddy recently
graduated from Wilfrid Laurier Univer-
sity's Computing and Computer Elec-
tronics, programs. Ray graduated with
distinction and received the Atumm brow
Medal for graduating with, the highest
cumulative average in all Honors Science
Programs. He is the son of Dennis and
Aileen Leddy of Kitchener and the grand-
son of Raymond and Gertrude Leddy of
Lucknow and the late Mr. and Mrs.
Williaml)eitner of Brussels.
Phillips - McBride
Bob Phillips and Dianne McBride were
joined in marriage on August 10, 1985 with
Reverend Warren McDougall officiating.'
The groom; of Kitchener; is the son of Mr.
and Mrs. Bill Phillips of R R. 7; Lucknow.
,The bride, who also resides in Kitchener, is
the daughter of George McBride of •R R. 5,

groom's sister, Audrey Phillips and Molly
McBride, the bride's sister and Lynne
Nicolson, a friend of the. bride, were

First club meeting

basic baking club met under the leader-
ship of Karla Hogan and Betty Jones. The
president is Agnes Van Osch, Vice-
president is Colleen Van Osch. Tea biscuits

11 at home of Betty Jones.
