Gloria Joyce Argyle
Mrs. Gloria Joyce Argyle, 53, of R. R. 5;
Stratford, Ontario died August 18, 1985 at
her residence.
Born in Toronto, she was the daughter of .
the late Samuel Palmer and the former
Caroline .Ball.
Surviving are her husband, Frank
Argyle; two sons, Frank and Darrell; two
daughters, Lynne and Laura, all of Strat-
ford; one grandson Christopher; one
brother Samuel and his wife Sherry Paliner
of London and one nephew, .Michael
Palmer of London.
At the request of tl~ie deceased there was
no funeral home visitation. A memorial
service will be held Wednesday, August 21
at 3 pan: at St, Andrew's Presbyterian
Church. in -Stratford. .Interment was in
Greenhill Cemetery, Lucknow on Tuesday,
August 20. - •

Jeremy Paul Lalonde, 10, of St. Anthony,
Nfld., formerly of Kingsbridge died on Tues-
day, July 30; 1985 in Colborne Township as a•
result of an automobile accident. •
The son of Denise Lalonde, of St. Anthon-
ly, Nfld.', he was born Aug. 13, 1914 in Wind-
sor. He was a .member of St. Joseph's
Roman Catholic Church, Kingsbridge.
Surviving are his mother, his grand-
parents Jean and Ann Lalonde, of RR6
Goderich, great grandparents George
Clark, of Windsor and Henry and Edna
Lalonde, of Windsor and uncles and aunts
Susan and Dan Bellmore, of . Whitechurch, ,
Paul and Linda Lalonde, of Collingwood and

He was predeceased by one uncle Daniel
Lalonde in 1980 and great grandmother Ed-
na Clark. ,
Funeral mass was celebrated • by Rev.
E.J. Dentinger in . St. ,Joseph's Roman
Catholic Church in Kingsbridge on Friday,
Aug. 1. Interment. St. Joseph's Cemetery.
Prayers were said at the McCallum Funeral
Home Thursday evening.
Pallbearers included Paul Lalonde, John
Lalonde, Dan Bellmore, Eaton Tai, Rick
Lalonde and Mark Pare.

Thomas Reginald Francis, 69, of Bayfield
died Tuesday, July 30, 1985 at the Alexandra
Marine and General Hospital.
The son of the late Joshua Francis and the
former MarionGlidden, he was born Oct. 18,
1915. in Aldershot. He was a mechanic who
owned and operated the Bayfield Garage
from 1945 to 1976 when he sold the business
to Bill Mcllwain. He was also a member of
St. Andrew's United Church, Bayfield.
Surviving are his wife, the former Evelyn
McMillan, one daughter Marion, of
Bayfield, two sons James, of Bayfield and
Lloyd, of Goderich and eight grandchildren.
Funeral services were. held Thursday,
Aug. 1 at ;McCallum Funeral Home ' with,
Rev. Paul •Murray, of St. Andrew's United
Church, . Bayfield officiating. .Interment
Bayfield Cemetery:
