Rainy River fainily returns home
Brian and Louise Keith were home from
Toronto for the weekend to visit with
Brian's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Evan Keith
and Murray and Wanda and family and
Sandra and Donald Forster and family. The
Forster family went back to Rainy River
this week.

couple of weeks holiday. Also Mr. and

The Sentinel has new editor
• Signa -Star Publishing has named James
Friel to assume the editorial responsibilit-
ies for the Lucknow Sentinel as of August
7, 1985.
• The new editor has served the past year
with the Clinton News -Record as a reporter,
and has also worked for the Minden Times,
• of Minden, Ontario.
• The Brantford native received his educa-
• tion in the JOurnalism-Print course at
• Conestoga College and spent a stint at the
University of Prince Edward Island.
• Forint editor Sharon Deitz and reporter
Alan Rivett will take up new editorial posts
at the Goderich Signal -Star and the
Clinton News -Record, respectively.
Grey Bruce children's
magazine seeks contributions
The Buzz committee is now planning it's
Jall issue. We are looking for articles,
illustrations and stories. for the newspaper
which will be coming out at the end of
October. The deadline for„, work is
September,30.
Buzz goes out to 20,000 children in elem-
• entary schools in Grey and Bruce counties
and is published by the Grey Bruce Arts
• Council.
Buzz needs written material, illustra-
tions, games, puzzles and cartoons for
• children between the ages of 6 - 12.
Articles and stories should be typed double
spaced and not exceed 11/2 pages.
• The Buzz 'committee is holding. a
meeting for writers and artists on Thurs-
day, August 15 at 7.30. l'Ire meeting will be
held at the Grey -Bruce Arta Council office.

At the meeting, we will discuss the focus
of the coming issue.
