Upon refusal to pay, the subscriber's service will be discontinued until payment is made. 9 -When calling, give the . number of the subscriber's line and the number ofihis ring, instead of his name. 10 -No abusive; profane• or obscene language shall be permitted to pass over the line. Any person offending in this respect shall be fin- ed not less than One Dollar for each offence, and shall be deprived of the use of his line until such fine is paid.
