Eric Joseph Courtney, son of Joe and Teresa
• Courtney of R.R. 1, Dungannon, graduated
• .fitimi the University of Waterloo on Satur-
• day, May 25, 1985 with a Bachelor of Applied
Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Eric is employed with Westinghouse
'Canada Inc., in Hamilton, Ontario' in the
Projects and Service Department and is
now working in Libya, North Africa. His
parents, brother Floyd and Miss Anna Da
Mota of Oakville attended the graduation
ceremonies and dinner. -
Gordon Alton, son of Frank and Loreen
Alton'of RR 7, Lucknow, graduated May 25,
1985 from the University of Waterloo with a
Bachelor of Mathematics degree in the
Honours Computer Science Co-operative
program. He has accepted a position with
Canada Trust in London.
Diane Miltenburg, Miltenburg, daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
Marinus Miltenburg of RR7 Lucknow;
graduated with honors on May 17, 1985 from
the Ridgetown College of Agricultural
Technology with 'diploma in Agricultural
Laboratory Technology.

VERKLEY - Ed and Nora ( nee Van Dyke
of Atwood are pleased to announce the birth
of their son, Adam William, 5 lb. 7 oz., on
May 30, 1985 at St. Joseph's Hospital, Lon-
don. A first grandchild for Bill and Dora Van
Dyke of R.R. 7, Lucknow and the eighth
grandchild for Mr. and Mrs. Peter Verkley
of Kerwood.

District General Hospital. Elated grand-

Timothy Roderick, born May 16, 1985,8 lbs.,,
6 ozs., a brother for Nathan and Gregory.
He's a fourth grandson for Nelson and Betty
Dorsch of New Hamburg.
Wingham rnaii wins hospital lottery
Jacksbn Dunkin of R.R. 2, Wingham was
the lucky winner of the sixth draw for
$1,000.00 in the Wingham Hospital Lottery.
August Wilkie R.R. 1, Clifford made the
draw. Both Mr. Dunkin and Mr. Wilkie are
currently patients in the hospital. This ends
the six draw series with the final draw for a
1985 Ford Tempo to be made on June 20.
