Last fall, Edburt and Dunedin celebrated
their wedding anniversary and their
picture was in •the Lucknow Sentinel. A
worker at Douglas Point bought a local
paper. He saw the picture and took the
paper home on the weekend for his wife to
read. She saw the name Dunedin, the same
name of their home town, which shortly
before had held an old home celebration.
Some of you may recall in that picture
Edburt was in his Airforce uniform. Mrs.
Abbey thought Dunedin was a Scottish war
bride with the name Dunedirkso she wrote
to their daughter Kathryn .Fraser to get
more information.
Edburt later telephoned the Abbey home
at Dunedin and invited the couple to come
and visit with lhem which they did last ,
week. They all enjoyed meeting new
friends. So, there again., you read it first in
your home town .paper.
Marretta Hodginswho was in Kincard-
hometown paper: correspondent
ine at the home of Mrs. A. Stam, took illi on
Friday and was taken to the Kincardine
and District Hospital. Marretta hasn't felt
well for some time and we all wish her
improved health. Her son Ken of Niagara
was also up on the weekend.

April 21.
W e are sorry that. Ron Gillespie, while

piece of machinery fall on his right instep,
fracturing three bones. It was so painful
and swollen that a cast hadn't been applied
at time of writing. He is trying to move
around with the use of. crutches. W e hope
you feel better Ron. -
