Shelly and, Lindsay Irvin, daughters of
William and Shirley Irvin of Ashfield
Township, stayed with their grandparents,
Gordon and Nora Robb for a few days.
Congratulations to William and Shirley,
Irvin of Ashfield Township on the arrival of
theirnew daughter, Karen Christine. The
proud grandparents are Gordon and Nora
Robb of this area.
Gene McGee of Goderich visited on.
Wednesday with Rhetta MacLennan.
Visiting on Sunday with Mr. and Mrs.
Gordon Robb was their daughter son-in-
law and granddaughter, Bob, Sandra and
Heather Darling of .Hanover.
Atlee Wise and a friend, Jack Arnold of
Richfield, Ohio are up -for a few days with
their snowmobiles, staying with Welling-
ton and Kae Webster, to try out our snow
and . alsoto enjoy some of our good old
Canadian winter.
Barry -and Betty Jones visited recently
with Barry's mother, Gertrude Jones of St.
Marys. ..
This past week Betty Jones had her
neighbours, Mayme Wilkins,; Betty Mon-
crief and Linda Campbell at her place
quilting.
The annual meeting of the Ashfield.
Presbyterian Church was held on Wednes
day, after being postponed on two previous
occasions.

Dan Nicholson, who has beenstaying
with his; daughter, Isabel and Jim. Hunter,

with his daughter, Donelda and Bill Smith.

Pat Livingston of Lucknow and Marg
Stirling of Ridgetown hosted a bridal
shower on Saturday, February 2 at the
home of Martha Livingston of Brampton,
for bride-to-be, Brenda Henderson. Those
attending from here were Bernice Kemp,
Irma, Brenda and Bonnie Henderson and
Barbara Hodgkinson.
Trinity Young People held a gym night at
Brookside School on Sunday night. They
invited members of the congregation for
volleyball and lunch.
