municipal experience and an AMCT desig-
nation or equivalent recognized accounting
or related certificate; a basic knowledge of
land use planning and zoning bylaws and
municipal legislation is also preferred.
Appointed person will be responsible for all
statutory duties of Clerk's and Treasurer's
position including preparation of municipal
and zoning bylaws, council agendas, minut-
es of meeting, correspondence, conducting
municipal and school board elections, pre-
paration and control of the annual budget
and collection of municipal tax. Salary
commensurate with qualifications and ex-
