Samuel Cornish, a former resident of

brought to the home of his daughter,

Cornish is survived by six daughters,

The death oeetered at Arthur re-
cently of Was Annie Davis, a former
resident of the Paramount district of
Ashfield. After the death of her father
Mies Davis lived Just west of Para-
mount school with her brother. W11 -
Item Davis. who operated the sawmill.
When her brother died she went to
Arthur. where she had since made her
home with a nieee. The remains were
brought to Kingsbridge for interment.

Christian church Manson, North Caro-
lina. The ceremony was performed by
Rev. C. L. Read, assisted by Dr. W. C.
Wicker, pastor of the Cbrtstlan church.

Snyder of Goderich, Ontario. She re-
ceived her education at Clinton and
London and for the past few years
has taught in Delhi, Ontario. Mr. Kim-
ball received his education at Elon Col-
lege and North Carolina State Collette.
For the last three yearn he has been
associated with the imperial Tobacco
Co. at Delhi. Ontario.

A young man who obtained money
from ministers in several towns, in-
cluding Clinton, was arrested in Kit-
chener the other day and was up be-
