Park, 6 person team, ages 10 to 16, $3.00 a team, silver
dollars for the winning team.
‘Tricycle races, young and old, from Ball Park corner to dam
corner, $2.00 adults, 50c children, beer mug or silver dollars
prize.
‘Mush Ball Tournament, mixed, to continue all day
Saturday, $60.00 entry fee, Prizes: A champs, trophy and
beer mug, A runner ups, beer mug, B champs, beer mug.
SATURDAY, JULY 4
10:00 to 11:30a.m. - ‘Fish Derby, one fish per person,
children under 12 must be accompanied by adult, age limit
16, at H. Pearson Pond, $1.00 entry fee, trophy for the largest
fish.
1:30 p.m. - ‘Soap Box Derby, $1.00 entry fee, silver dollar
prize.
2:00 p.m. - ‘Swimming games, free entry, silver dollar as
prize.
2:30 p.m. - ‘Log roll, $2.00 entry fee, beer mug prize.
3:30 p.m. - ‘Races, ages 8 and under, Candy Grab at small
Ball Park, free entry, silver dollars for 1, 2, 3.
SUNDAY, JULY 5
1:00 p.m. - ‘Brussels Firemen vs. Grey Fire Dept, in water
fight, women also, possibly at main Ball Park, free entry.
2:00 p.m. - ‘Bath Tub races, man power only, 2 men per tub
and 4 men per tub, relay races, entry fee: $5.00, 2 men;
$10.00, 4 men; beer mugs and trophy.
3:30p.m. - ‘Tractor Pull for kids, 0-35 lb., 36-50 lb., 51-75 lb.,
main ball park, $1.00 entry fee, trophy for winner of each
group, silver dollar for first and second.
