The Lucknow Sentinel, 1977-06-22, Page 19Buy a new John Deere
1030 Tractor now.. .
No finance charges imposed
until six months after
date of purchase
There's no ,better time than right now to put the muscle
of a new 1030 Tractor to work for you. Because if you
act now, no finance charges will be imposed on the
tractor, or on any new implement for that tractor
purchased on the same sales contract, until six months
from the first of the month following the date of purchase
. . .at which time you may elect to either pay the
remaining principal balance owing, or continue the
financing agreement with your John Deere dealer.
Even without this special incentive, the 40-hp 1030 is
quite a buy. Durable 8-speed transmission with shuttle
shift makes close-quarters manoeuvering a' cinch.
Continuous "live" 540-rpm PTO operates a variety of
implements. Differential lock provides good mobility
in poor-traction areas. The 1030 also features planetary
final drives, hydraulic disk brakes, and more.
