Mrs. Harold Nicholson of Luck- now recently spent a week in Wiugham Hospital where she had surgery. Thos. J. ONTARIO Ripley Lions Hold Annual Skating Carnival The annual Ripley and District Skating Carnival, organized by the Ripley and District Lions, was held on Friday, March 18 in the Recreation Complex. A good crowd of spectators and particip- ants were in attendance. Master of ceremonies was Alan McLean. Judges included Mrs. ' Mary MacDonald, Mrs. Marg Fuller and Mrs. Helen Henderson. Miss Cathy Hienz was the special guest skater. Miss Hienz 'is the teaching instructor at . the Meaford and Owen Sound Skating Clubs... The following is a list of winners in the special divisions.
