returned home from London on
Wednesday. Tiffany is coming
along well.
Sympathy is extended to Mr. and
Mrs. Laverne Pentland on the
death of Dorothy's father, Rev.
William Taylor of Dorchester, who
passed away in Victoria Hospital,
London on Sunday, January 30 in
his 93rd year.
Mrs. Melinda Nivins visited with
her sister and brother-in-law, Mr.
and Mrs. Jack Errington last week
and was storm stayed for a few
extra days, returning to Clinton on
Friday evening.
,, Some of the village ladies went
quitting at Mrs. Graham ,McNee's
dufing the week and quilted two
crib quilts for the .U.C.W.
Earl McNee, Mrs. Graham
McNee, Debbie Vella and Mrs.
Mary Bere visited Mr. and Mrs.
Ross McNee and Mrs. Gertrude
Bell in Huronview on Saturday.
Their visit was short because the
roads were heavy in places and
visibility between the banks was
practically nil..
Bill Errington got home from
Centralia for the weekend after
being storm stayed in Centralia last
weekend.
Mrs. Alex Chisholm and Miss
Debbie Vella went to town on
Tuesday evening and stayed in the
rest of the week so they could get to
work at the Bank of Montreal.
Mrs. John Johnston returned to
Toronto on Sunday after staying
the week with her mother-in-law,
Mrs. Russell Johnston. Donald
Johnston comes from London on
Monday to stay with his mother.
Bert McWhinney has been in
Alexandra Hospital, Goderich,
since a week ago Friday when Mr.
and Mrs. Dirk Logtenberg took him
in.
DUNGANNON UNITED CHURCH
Church service was held in the
Sunday School room in Dungannon
United Church on Sunday. Rev. H.
G. Dobson spoke on "The hallowed
name", as it is used in the Lord's
Prayer. Annual meetings will be
held in the near future so
nominating committees' should be
ready.
If anyone 14 years or grade 8
and up is interested in becoming a
member 4of the church in full
communion he or she should
contact the minister this week so he
can get a class started.'
There is a box on the table at the
back of the church for used stamps
they are still valuable, if yqu bring
them. There are •a number of
pieces of interesting reading mat-
erial on the table for the use of the
congregation.
The Woodgreen United Church,
Toronto is holding another Drama
Conference during the school break
for Senior Highs (15-20) March
20-24. See the minister for
particulars.
There is a Retreat at Five Oakes,
March 18-20 at which the leader
will be Rev. August Meacham,
Personnel Officer of London Con-
ference. The theme is "The
Re-birth of You". Also at Five
Oaks is a Music and Worship
Workshop on March 26, at which
the leader,is Joe Wise; Louisville,
Kentucky. Contact the minister for
details if interested.

FELLOWSHIP CHURCH
Student Pastor Doug Zehr con-
ducted the service at Christian
Fellowship Church and spoke on
"The hour of decision", from Acts
26 where Apostle Paul is talking to
King Agrippa.
