Mr. and Mrs, Earl. Gaunt
were honoured on the occa
sion of their 50th wedding
anniversary at the Londes
bora United Church when 30
relatives and friends gather-
ed for a hot' turkey dinner on
Saturday, November 15,
Mr. and Mrs, Gaunt were
married at the home of the
btide's parents, the late Mr.
and .'Mrs. Harry Lynn, in
Londesboro. They were 'at-
tended by the bride's twin
sister, Mae Hesk, and the
groom's brother, Andrew
Gaunt
They farmed near Luckr
now until 1947 moving to the
10th concession of Hullett
Township. They retired to
Londesboro in. 1961 where
Earl worked in the It N.
Alexander seed cleaning
plant until ill health forced
him to retire. In 1974 they
moved to Meneset Park near
Goderich, where they still,
reside. They have attended
Londesboro United Church
Sinee-moving to the LOndes-
boro area in 1947. They have
both been active in church
- activities; Earl was- a mem-
ber of the board of stewards
and is still an elder. Olive
belonged to W.A. and
W.M.S. until later years.
They have a family of two,
