lunch". The group, made
plans to entertain the Senior
Citizens at a Christmas party
in December.
Nancy Aitchison introduc-
ed the guest speaker, Anne
Mann of Lucknow. She gave
an informative talk on nutri-
tion and its benefits to our
health.
A social hour completed
