Sunday the Mildmay Monarchs came to Lucknow having only been beaten once so far in the season. It looked like they weren't going to lose this one either as they opened the scoring and were all over the Lancers ree:Wees off to GEORGE-G1BSON This year's Pee' Wee team is off to an enthusiastic start. To date, the team has 23 members, sixteen 12-year- olds and seven 11-year- olds. Charles Murray is back as coach, George Gibson as manager and Larry Mac- Pherson and Keven Clark as assistants. Their games began Nov- ember 7 with a home opening win against Ripley. After taking a 5 - 1 lead, the legs must have tired a bit and the Ripley boys came back with three straight goals. On November 13 in Mild- may, the team lost a close one. After giving up two early goals,, Lucknow came back to hold the advantage until with 1.23 on the clock Mildmay tied the score at 5 and won the game just 28 seconds later. On November 14, at home, in a high scoring game, Lucknow defeated • Tiverton by an 8 -.5 count. Continuing the gentlemanly habit of giving the opposition the first goal, the Co-op Specials 'scored five in a row. Tiverton team played well but could hot regain their advantage.
