In the evening, 'The Huron Strings 'of
Clinton; Dicky. Dean, the magician, and

ers Kincardine,provided entertainment.
The highlight of the evening came with • . the crowning of Miss Mid-weStern Ontario at
10.00 p.m: 'and this year's pageant is espec-
ially memorable because the ,crown went to.
Lucknoves fall fair queen, Lois Hanna of
Kinioss Township. She Was crowned, by last
year's queen, Vicky Bryce of Paisley.
The fair concluded with a dance following
the beauty pageant with music provided by

and disadvantages of a pres-
sure • cooker and a slow
cooker. Donna Van CrSch
demonstrated how to roll a
cabbage roll. Some of the
girls practiced rolling them.
They chose a name for their
club, Kingsbridge Kountry
Kookers, The'girls enjoyed
sampling the cabbage rolls at
the end of the meeting.
