Blyth’s first game was against the home town of Wallace, the tournament favourite. This was an exciting, well-played game with end-to-end action. The goal tending was strong at both ends with Michael Courntey doing a super job for Blyth. Blyth kept a one-goal lead most of the game, but Wallace tied the game with two minutes left.
