Kinloss Council met hi' regular

and all bound present,
After the meeting was• opened
and the minutes adopted, the
following business was dealt with..
Council accepted a petition from
Fred . Tiffin and • others for an
extension to the Carrick Municipal
Drain. H. M. Gibson Ltd. was
appointed to do the survey and
prepare a report.
A meeting will be held in the'
Township office on Ocotber,18th at
8.p m. to consider the ,3rd report on
the Johnston-Eadie Drain.
• It was decided to reserve rooms
at the Royal York Hotel for .the
Good Roads convention, and if not
available, at the Lord Simcoe.
• Severance was approved by
council on part lot 7, concession 11,
Mrs. Madeline Windatt.
It was decided that the clerk
attend the Clerk-Treasurer's
course in Hanover on October 30th
and 31st and' November 13th • and
f4th.
