,Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Corporation
of the Village of Ripley proposes to pass a by-law for stopping
up that portion of a street known as Blake Street in the Village
of Ripley hereinafter described and for authorizing the sale of
the portion so stopped up.
AND FURTHER TAKE, NOTICE that 'any 'person who
claims that his land will be. prejudicially, affected by such by-
law and who desires to' be heard by the-Council in person or"by
Counsel, Solicitor or -Agent must apply to be heard by giving
notice to the undersigned by the 8th day of October, 1976.
The following is a description of the said portion of the
said street affected by the proposed by-law:

October 1st in his 67th year.
He was ,a son of ..Abram and
Melinda (Walsh) Ketchabaw and
'was born in Ashfield Township on
February 2, 1910.
Mr. Ketchabaw farmed in Ash-
;field on , Highway 86 until nine
years ago, when he moved to•
Goderich.
He is survived by his wife, the
former Edna Wolfe; two daughters,
Mrs. William: (Catherine Edna).
Campbell of Cambridge (Galt) and
Mrs. Donald (Anna Mae) Hamilton
of Goderich; eight grandchildren
and one sister Mrs. Wilfred (Annie
Violet) Copeland of Cambridge
(Galt).
Mr. Ketchabaw was a member of
St. George's Anglican Chinch,
Goderich; past People's Warden
and Rector's Warden, St. Peter's
Anglican . Church; Lucknow; former
member of Ashfield Township
Board ofEducation; former Ash-
field representative on Ripley High
School Board; meMber of Zion
Loyal Orange Lodge #1044 and
Amberley Black Knights.
The funeral service was held at
the MacCalluni Funeral - Home,
Goderich on Monday; October' 4.
Rev. J. R. King was minister:

Honorary pallbearers were Jam-

By a score of 9-0 on Saturday and
9-1 on Sunday out of a 3 series they I
won over Capreol who made the
350 mile trip to Wingham and
played their first game 'under the
