Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Corporation
of the Village of Ripley proposes to pass a •by-law for stopping
up that portion of a street known as Blake Street in the Village
of Ripley .hereinafter described and for authorizing the sale of
the portion so stopped up.
AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that any person who
claims that his land will be prejudicially affected by such by-
laW and who desires to be heard by the Council in person or by
Counsel, Solicitor qr Agent 'must apply to be heard by giving
notice to the undersigned by/the 8th' day of October, 1976.
The following is a description of the said portion of the
said street affected by the proposed by-law: ,
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land
and premises- situate, lying and being in the Village of Ripley
in the County of Brdce and the Province of Ontario and being

more particularly described as, follows:
