groom and Roy Taylor of Lucknow,
brother of the bride.
Ushers were Ken Taylor of
Crompton, brother Of the bride and
Ernie Lafrance of Barry's Bay,
brother-in4aw of the groom.
The groom and his attendants
wore tan tuxedos with satin, lapels
and tinted yellow carnations.
The bride's mother wore a long
gown' of green printed jersey with'
gold accessories and a corsage of
yellow carnations.

The couple will reside at
Mississuaga where the bride is
employed as a nurse 'at Missis-
sauga Hospital and the groom is an
auto mechanic* 'in Toronto.
, Prior 'to her marriage the bride
was honoured at showers given by
her sister-in-law, Felicity Taylor, at
her borne, a community shower at
St. Helens Hall and a , girl 4riend
shower at the home of Emma
Liparia, Mississauga.
Violin Soloist
/At Church Service
On Sunday, June 27 Mr. and
Mrs. Nelson Dorsch and Virginia of
New Hamburg visited with Mr. and
Mrs. Roy Havens and family,
Lucknow. Virginia was guest violin
soloist at the morning worship
service in the Lucknow United
Church. Mrs. Dorsch is well known
to many in this community, , being
the former Betty MacDonald of
Kintail. Virginia's brother Rod,
who was unable to be present at
this time, has just completed a
Year's study at the Ontario Bible
College in Toronto. While attend-
ing the College, Rod was a member
their Chorale group which
entertained in various cities and
smaller communities across Ontar-
io this spring.
Also with the Havens the same,
day was Isabel's mother, Mrs. R.
D. MacDonald of Sarnia, who
stayed for a week's visit with, them
and with her, son and family, Mr.
and Mrs. Kenneth MacDonald of
Ripley. Mrs, MacDonald, returned
to Sarnia on Sunday of this week
with Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Taylor,
who had spent the weekend with
the Havens. On Saturday Mh.
MacDonald and Mrs. Taylor at-
tended the shower for ' Gayle.
Huston at the home of her aunt,
Mrs. Catherine Andrew.
Other visitors included Mrs.
Sarah Blue,. 'her daughter and
family, Mr. and Mrs. 'Jim Meldrum
and children Donald, Ronald and
Kimmy and Mrs. Marybelle/Agnew
of Detroit and Plymouth, Michigan.

Frank Ritchie returned home on
.Thursday of last week after having
surgery in University Hospital,
London where he was a patient for
a week.
Eldon Ritchie was admitted to
Wingham General Hospital on.
Monday of last week and had
surgery 'on Tuesday morning.

Mrs. Wes Alton of London and her

week.

Raymond, Jeffrey and ' Nancy
visited at the 'Sick Children's
Hospital, London' on Sunday with
her niece; Sharon Cook, who had
surgery last week. They had
supper with 'her. sister Betty, Mr.
and Mrs. Max Hanna of London.
Mr. and Mrs. Tom Helm, Janine
and Douglas visited Sunday after-
noon with her brother, Mr. and
Mrs. Donald Pollard of Ripley.
Mr. and Mrs. Charles Wilkins
and family attended the annual
Wilkins reunion held_at__Brookside
Public School on Sunday and also '
celebrated his mothers, 'Mrs.
FranceS Wilkins',, 85th birthday
which is on July 10th. •

May 15th at 3.30 p.m. • for the
marriage of Dorothy May Ann
Taylor, daughter of Mr. and Mrs.

and Stanley Julian Shulist, son of
Mr. and Mrs. August Shulist of
Barrys Bay, Ontario.

bouquets of tulips, apple blossoms
and white and yellop daisies.
Organist, and soloist was. Slephen
Sallows of Wingham, cousin of the
bride, who sang "Wonder of You"
and "Wedding Song".

low• cut neckline with inset of sheer
yolk with pearl applique and lace

trimmed with venetian lace fell

headpiece. Her train was trimmed
with guipure lace and threaded'
with yellow satin ribbon. She
carried a nosegay of . yellow
sweetheart roses, baby's breath
and ivy.
Matron of honour was Mrs. Joan
Lambrick of Campbellville, friend
of the bride, who wore a floorlength
gown of mint green polyester crepe
styled on princess lines with front
panel of dress and sleeves covered
