Violin Soloist /At Church Service On Sunday, June 27 Mr. and Mrs. Nelson Dorsch and Virginia of New Hamburg visited with Mr. and Mrs. Roy Havens and family, Lucknow. Virginia was guest violin soloist at the morning worship service in the Lucknow United Church. Mrs. Dorsch is well known to many in this community, , being the former Betty MacDonald of Kintail. Virginia's brother Rod, who was unable to be present at this time, has just completed a Year's study at the Ontario Bible College in Toronto. While attend- ing the College, Rod was a member their Chorale group which entertained in various cities and smaller communities across Ontar- io this spring. Also with the Havens the same, day was Isabel's mother, Mrs. R. D. MacDonald of Sarnia, who stayed for a week's visit with, them and with her, son and family, Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth MacDonald of Ripley. Mrs, MacDonald, returned to Sarnia on Sunday of this week with Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Taylor, who had spent the weekend with the Havens. On Saturday Mh. MacDonald and Mrs. Taylor at- tended the shower for ' Gayle. Huston at the home of her aunt, Mrs. Catherine Andrew. Other visitors included Mrs. Sarah Blue,. ZION Frank Ritchie returned home on .Thursday of last week after having surgery in University Hospital, London where he was a patient for a week. Eldon Ritchie was admitted to Wingham General Hospital on. Monday of last week and had surgery 'on Tuesday morning.
