Spring flowers decorated the table and a delicious dinner was served by the committee, • Miss Isobel . Miller, Mrs. Wm. Purdon, Miss Beatrice McQuillin and Mrs. Gord- on 'Struthers. At the end of •the dinner all enjoyed a piece of the 25th wedding anniversary cake made by Mrs. Ross Garrimie for our. president, Mrs: Peter Chandler. The meeting opened with the Institute Ode followed by the Mary Stewart Collect. The roll call was the paying' of membership fees by 23 members.
