released from University Hospital
on Saturday and had improved so

Wingham Hospital . on Tuesday
after taking a weak spell. 'Mr. and
Mrs. Ken. Park,. Brian, Grant,
Norman and Sheila of Mississauga
visited Ken's father in hospital and
spent some time with • his mother,
Mrs. Park in' Dungannon on
Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. Bill Naylor
of Sarnia also visited Colleen's
home on the week end and went to
see her father in hospital.

Public/ Speaking competitions'
were held in the auditorium at
Brookside School on Friday.
Judges for the Grade.5-8 level were
Miss Gordon, formerly "with Huron
County Board Office, Rev. Cook of
Trinity Church and Mr. E. Graing-
er of the Brookside staff. Winners
in Grade 7 and 8. were. Lori Anne
Jamieson, Karen , Metzger and
Shelley Rivett. Judges for Grades
1-4 were Mr. Gary Jewitt, principal
