The banks of snow lining all the
roads in the area are no news to
those living here. But for the

reported to be higher.

the February meeting of Unit 1 of
St. Andrew's United Church,Worn-
en. " The devotions were led by
Mrs. „Arnold using the theme of
prayer. Mrs. Ralph Hunter read
the scripture from Luke. Mrs. Cecil_
Carnochan and Mrs. Francis Gem-
mel! sang a duet, accompanied by
Mrs. Wallace Pollock. Mrs. Ardill
Mason read a poem. Mrs Wallace
Pollock talked on the work of
Robert Witmer and his wife in
Japan. S,he illustrated her talk with
maps and pictures and made
everyone realize the type of •
Christian work being done to-day.

United ChUrch Inheritance. This,
will be continued at later meet;nf

Members were reminded of the
Presbyterial and World Day of
Prayer on the first week of March.
