Entertainment Country Playhouse looks for props for plays Instant access Brussels librarian Sue Nichol uses the new computer at the library to help a patron find a book in any library throughout Ontario. The computer, which arrived the first week in May was paid for through donations from the Legion, Legion Ladies Auxiliary, Masonic Lodge, the Village of Brussels, Grey Township, Morris Township, and a few patron donations. Huron Country Playhouse is always happy to accept those items that have lost their use value for the ordinary household. The Playhouse wants to help with your spring clean-up and get ready for the 1990 summer season at the same time. Along with those items that the Playhouse is always looking for (knick-knacks, glass ware, pots and pans, watches, towels, desk dressing, mirrors, tea sets, musical instruments, skeleton keys, walking sticks/canes, throw rugs, artificial plants, doilies, cut lery, lamps, trays, door knobs, suitcases, fireplace sets and end irons, and clothing and furniture of all kinds!) Huron Country Play house also needs cowboy attire for “Annie Get Your Gun’’ (cowboy hats, boots, vests, suits and mocca sins), and 1930’s period style costumes for “Gypsy.” Wardrobe Head, Josephine Zvonkin will be especially busy this year with two musicals, having an expected combined cast of 65 to 80 people, to costume. Mrs. Zvonkin would be happy to take the overflow from spring closet clean ups and she is always looking for buttons, broaches, trims and accessories.
