Try making a mitt out of this part, rounding off the finger end and shap- ing the cuff by threading elastic through the cuff. This makes a good bath mitt and by holding the soap inside the mitt you prevent it from giving you the slip. Keep a dry one on hand for drying the baby's head. Each team is setting out to canvass all the house- holders in their own neighbourhood. A commission is made on each sub- scription. The money is to go to the Student's Council to finance their activities.
