NOTICE
The Wingham Public School Board met in Special
session on Friday last to decide certain problems
relating to the Kindergarten. They concluded that,
since there is a certain amount of work to do in the
Kindergarten in preparation for the more formal work
of Grade I., and since it would be very unsatisfactory
to have some pupils enter Grade T, with Kindergarten
training and some without, all pupils enrolling in
school for the first time WILL ENROLL TN THE
KINDERGARTEN.
It may be possible that some pupils who
should be in Kindergarten have not been
enrolled. The Board wishes to have the
recent ruling understood "by the parents.
Any child who is five years old by Jan.
nary 1st may be enrolled in the Kinder-
garter'. If, through any misunderstand-
ing the child has not started, the parent
should contact the Principal.
