Salem Church Plan Turkey Dinner Salem United Church who have made a name for themselves by their chicken dinners plan to hold a Turkey Dinner on Wednesday, October 19th. MacLeod, which took place in Guelph Hospital on Sat- urday, following a short illness. The late Mr. MacLeod, a miller, formerly lived in Bluevale, where he was fav- ourably known. Funeral arrangements are incomplete, pending the arrival of his son, Vern, from British Columbia, who is the only surviving member of the family. Funeral services were held on Thursday, from Irvin's Funeral Home, Gorrie, with Rev. U. E. Cronhielm of Wroxeter United Church, conduct- ing the service. Pallbearers were, El- gin Lambert, Grant Lambert, Robert Parkinson, John Aitken, Jim Douglas, Russel Riley. Interment was made in the family plot Greenwood cemetery, Milverton. Mrs. Thos.
