Most people getting unem-
ployment insurance play by the
rules. But some people don't seem
to know that they can't take a job
and collect benefits without telling
us they're working. That's why
employers are being asked to send
us the starting date and Social
Insurance Number or extracts
from computer payroll tapes for
each employee they hire or rehire.
This information is cross-
checked with the Social Insurance
Numbers of people receiving
unemployment insurance benefits.
Only cases of potential abuse
will ever surface. After inves-
tigation, anyone found receiving
benefits to which they are not
entitled will have to repay them.
It may be an honest mistake.

understand they must tell Unem-

is all that's required. But, a

league play. Sunday af-
ternoini.
Next week is a free week
for the Rangers and their
next outing will be Sunday,
June 15 when they meet the
Grand Bend Colonials at
Huron Park at 2 p.m.
Sunday, the Rangers
played their lusual . strong
opening half and went ahead
2-0 on goals by Dave Ber-
bank and Paul Vanderwalle.
The latter goal came from
the penalty Spot.
The second half, however,
was a reversal of form from
the first with the Rangers not
being able to generate a
sustained offence due to
strong midfield play by the
Falcons led by Mike Klein.
Taxandria got back on
even terms with goals by
Mike Beynen and Mike
Klein.
With time running out it
appeared as if the Rangers
had secured a tie, but, with
Taxandria pressing, the
Rangers failed to clear a left
wing cross and Mike Beynen
popped the winner with a
deflection that left the goal
keeper with no chance.
