Webber) celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with an
Open House Sunday at the Exeter United Church, They Were
married June, 4, 1930. by.,Rev. Duncan McTavish at the Exeter
James street United Church ,parsonage. They have one son,
Clifford of Dashwood. The couple farmed on the
Penhale homestead at Lot 23, Concession 3, Stephen township
until retiring and moving to their bresent home, at 304 Andrew

,Sandra Alice Hulley and Everett Wayne Robinson were united
in marriage at Winthrop United Church on May 24, Sandra is
the daughter. of Robert and Margaret Hulley, RR 1 Seaforth,
and Everett is the son of Ted and Vi Robinson, Bayfield.
Reverend Van Slyke officiated, Janet Hulley, RR 3 Gilford,
provided the organ music and Debbie Hulley was the soloist.
Maid of honour was Linda Weatherall Chesley, and
bridesmaids were Debbie. Hulley and Vicki O'Rourke of
Seaforth. Larry Robinson, Lucan, was' the best man and ushers

Debbie Mae Gagnon and Gary Lees Curtis were united in
marriage at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, Mt. Carmel, on
May' 3. Debbie is the dguahter of Mr. and Mrs. Ernest
Gagnon, Windsor, and Gary is the son of Mr. and Mrs.
Rowland Curtis, Windsor. Maid of honour was Leigh Anne
Darling, Mt. Carmel, and Deana Gagnon, Windsor, was
bridesmaid. Rick Azlen, Windsor, was the'best man and Brad
Darling, Mt. Carmel, ushered the guests. The reception was
held at West Williams hall where relatives came from as far as

nipeg on May 25. Eilleen
Burrows, a former Exeter
resident, received a
Bachelor of Arts degree in
Classics, She had commenc-
ed her studies at the Univer-
sity of Ottawa and returned
to university on the death of
her husband, Gil BurroWs, in
1976.
Eilleen is the mother of
Vic, Bruce, Jamie and Nola
Fulcher and Rebecca
(Fulcher) Heaslip, all of
whom were present for the
graduation exercises with
the exception of Nola who is
studying for her Master's
degree in Economics at the
Australian National Univer-
sity, Canberra, Australia.

While in Exeter, Eilleen
formed. many lasting
friendships in the Exeter
chapter of the Beta Sigma
Phi sorority., She was the
first Sorority Sweetheart to
be crowned at the Annual

Guild of Trivitt Memorial

Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church was the setting for the
wedding of Maureen Elizabeth Glavin and Morley Lloyd
Thompson on May 17. The bride is the daughter of Mrs. John
Glavin and the late John G. Glavin of R.R. 2 Lucan, The
grooms parents are Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Thompson of R.R. 8
Parkhill. Father Al Sasso and Reverend Hancock officiated at
the ceremony. Maid of honour was Donna GlaVin and
bridesmaids were Cathy Glavin and Pat Glavin. Dennis
Glavin was best man while Carl Thomspon and Davin Glavin
ushered guests, Keri-Lyn Rotten was flower girl, and Steven
Glavin was ring bearer. After a honeymoon in northern On-
