Choir practise was held Wednesday night at the United Church. Preparation was made for a string art project. Sympathy of the com- munity is extended to the Allison and Faulder families in the death of Mrs. Roy Allison (Lillian Faulder), Toronto, Mrs. Merle Lewis spent the weekend with her son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Clayton Lewis in London. Fund will help share with those that need it. Mention was made of Chester Village and the homes for Senior Citizens under the jurisdiction of the United Church. Mr. Schott conducted the service and the children's story was told by Mrs. Harvey Smith. There was an anthem by the choir. Good physical condition can help you cope with stress situations. Talk about or work out your problems. Talking and physical activity are emotional outlets which can help put problems into perspective Give your support to friends, family and co-workers during periods of stress. As it helps them, it can also take you rmind off you r own problems. Learn some of the new methods of controlling stress. There are all kinds of techniques, from the simplest to the most sophisticated.
