Prevention' and gave an
interesting talk on crime
prevention in the age group
12-18 years.
Mrs. Art Hodgins, district
director, gave a report on the
meeting she attended on
Monday at Coldstream.
Lucan W.I. will be hostess
for the District Annual this
year, which will be held at
Holy Trinity Anglican
Church, Lucan, on May 13,
The Theme will be "It's the
Year of the W.I., "What,
Where, and Why."
Summary Day for "Indoor
Gardening," is March 10 at 1
p.m, at Ilderton Community

visited a few days last week
at their daughter's Rosanne,
Tom, Jackie and Jenny
Russell.
Mrs. Elsie Comfort and
her sister Mrs. Sylvia
Holloway, of Welland,
returned home last Thur-
sday after visiting in this
area for the past several
weeks, with Mrs. Comforts
three daughters, Doris
Sweitzer, Marilyn Pickering
and Eva Sweitzer, also her
grand and great grand-
children here.
Mrs. Jessie Finkbeiner,
formerly of this area, fell at
ther home recently and
sustained a broken hip. She
will be convalescing at
Welland County hospital,
Welland, Ontario for several
weeks.
Nancy Russell, of Kit-
chener spent the week-end
with her aunt and uncle Cliff
and Velma Russell.
Week-end guests with Ken
and Ortha Baker, were
Sandra and Tony Regier,
Christopher, Heather and
Jill, of Detroit, Nancy of
Kitchener, Donna of Sarnia.
On Sunday the family all
went to visit the Ken Baker
Jr. family in Stratford for a
smorgasbord supper meal.

week-end here with their
cousins, Bruce and Judy
Russell.
