The Minutes of last meeting and a treasurer's report were given by Mrs. Ewart Crago. The roll call was answered by something grown on the farm and used in Industry. Mrs. Burns Blackler and Mrs. Lloyd Jaques, Agriculture and Canadian Industries Conveners were in charge of the meeting Mrs. John Rodd with Mrs. M. Hartwick at the piano led in a lively sing song. A reading "Remberance" by Gregory Clark was read by Mrs. Lloyd Jaques. Mrs. Burns Blackler in- troduced Mr. and Mrs. Noirman Hazelwood who are well known mink ranchers. Mrs. N. Hazelwood spoke on the mink industry. It started in 1860 in Ontario. The Hazelwood's started their ranch in 1937 the mink ranch is truly a family en- terprise. Slides were shown on the raising of mink through the different stages of the life span. Mrs. L. Jaques thanked them both and presented them with a gift. Philip and David Blackler favored with a few numbers on the guitars. Philip sang two songs which were en- joyed. The group in charge served a delicious lunch and a social half hour was spent.
