the good care I received at the time
of my surgery there. Special thanks

nurses and personal care workers
have done so much to make me feel

visitations, charitable donations,

brought to our homes after the recent
passing of husband, father and

kind and thoughtful celebration of

wife Kay who accompanied him, to
